Looking for an executive functioning intervention for your 3rd-5th graders? This activity pack is focused on three connected executive functioning skills:

• Decision Making – Students use a “control panel” to think through their options in different situations.
• Flexible Thinking  – Students complete matching cards and mini-puzzles to practice identifying problems and solutions and perspective taking.
• Conflict Resolution – Students choose different “reset” strategies for when they experience the “zap” of a conflict with someone.

The activities are hands-on with super relevant scenarios about both school and home, and include processing and reflection questions to help cement the learning and generalize it to the world outside of your classroom or office. Note: These activities, and many more, can also be found inside the Executive Functioning Group Curriculum.
