Self-Care and Self-Advocacy

Description

Part of growing up (and being an upper elementary student) is figuring out how to self-advocate and how to use self-care. This self-care lesson teaches students about the value of these skills while also giving them meaningful practice with them, and the opportunity to reflect on their own self-care and self-advocacy practices.
