Our students are more successful when they feel good about themselves and are confident in what they can achieve. If they need a little extra help, this self-esteem and self-talk lesson can help! It teaches kids about the power of self-esteem and how the things we tell ourselves can build it up.
While this lesson was created with class social-emotional learning lessons in mind, the activities and worksheets could absolutely be used in group counseling or individual counseling!
