Jory John’s “The Cool Bean” is an awesome story with several themes that make it great for whole group lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling. This resource is a set of activities that companion wonderfully with the book. Activities cover the following areas: identifying what they personally believe is cool, developing ideas of how to be kind, inclusion, and self-acceptance.
