This no-cut flipbook is a concrete way to help students understand the core concepts in cognitive-behavioral therapy. It can be used in individual counseling or group counseling over the course of two to four sessions. The activities are designed for students whose unhelpful thoughts are causing them distress.
This resource includes an interactive Google Slides (TM) version. The content is the same, but has students using drag and drop and text boxes for their responses.
