This no-cut flipbook is a concrete way to help students increase their happiness and contentment through the main components of positive psychology. It can be used in individual counseling or group counseling over the course of two to four sessions. The activities are designed for students who need support developing resiliency and identifying positives in their lives.
This resource includes an interactive Google Slides (TM) version. The content is the same, but has students using drag and drop and text boxes for their responses.
