This goal setting unit comes with three whole group lessons or small group sessions to help upper elementary or early middle students understand the importance of goals and how to create quality goals. These goal setting activities are fun and engaging!
Lesson 1: What are goals? Why are goals important? What are some types of goals (short vs. long term, academic vs. personal/social)
Lesson 2: What are the components of a good goal? Realistic, Specific, Has a Plan
Lesson 3: Set your own goal(s)!
